NASTY GAL $12 GOODIES

on 12th of december nastygal did a 12 for 12 sale! i think they should do more of these, they'd probably get a lot more attention and i'm sure a lot more sales. i'm a hesitant person as it is. and normally, i would not give in to sales like this or 10%-20% sales anywhere. BUT they had a cute variety of products that made me impulse buy! WHICH IS A RARE THING FOR ME U GUYS DONT KNOW HOW RARE OMG. but i felt like i needed these things i ordered. the original price blew my mind in comparison to the sale price. $12 everything. everything twelve dollars. ugh, its great, right? so i bought these acid wash high waisted super short shorts and this red "dionne" backpack bag. the shorts are a medium but when i got them in the mail i was kinda scared they wouldn't fit me bc LOOK AT HOW TINY THEY ARE. however, i tried them on right away and to my surprise.. they fit! LIKE A FUCKING GLOVE! tight as heck, but stretchy, which honestly makes them so comfortable, so i love em. when i opened up the backpack, i only thought one thing which was; flawless. the only thing though is, if it was on sale in black, i probably would've bought that one instead of the red one. i don't have any red bags though, so i like how it adds a bit of variety to my accessories.

HALLOWEENIE; PARTY // MY EASY DIY COSTUME

AH OK. so i was the one and only mia wallace from quentin tarantino's film, pulp fiction! thinking about it now, i should have taken a lot more pictures, cause so much happened while i was in this costume! well, anywho, i won the costume contest to the only halloween party i attended. but it was out of a lot of girls, so i felt pretty proud. (yay) 
this was SO FUN to do, and super cheap. now with the costume; my wig is from a halloween year around store, nothing special, just a short black wig, i messed it up and sprayed watter on some of it to give off the "sweaty, i'm od'ing' effect. i got the white long sleeve button up from a friend's mom, but i am so sure you can find one in any thrift store. and for the bustier type of under top she's wearing, i used an old lingerie/under top that i already had, but this could also be thrifted, i think. she wears flared capri pants and gold shoes below the waist, but i just wore black jeans i already had and rolled those up, and wedged black shoes, it all worked out fine. you could get a syringe from cvs or drugstore, luckily we already had some.  (idk why) but i used costume glue that people use for their fake face cuts and neck cuts, etc. which didn't work great, but it worked. towards the middle-end of the night, my syringe actually clinged more to my chest than it actually stuck out, thats the only thing that bugged me. and the blood is everywhere around halloween so i just went to one of the costume stores  and got a tube of it (since not much was needed) and put it all over under my nose, on my cheek, chin and shirt. towards the middle of the night, since after i applied it, it actually went from a blood red, to a weird orange, old color &started to disappear, so i had to keep re-applying blood. but other than that i think my costume came out pretty purrfect and i had a ton of fun so x

GUANTANAMO BAYWATCH

ok, so on saturday 12 october 2013, i went to a show at a local record store near where i live w one of my friends called BURGER RECORDS, and saw THIS band. they're called GUANTANAMO BAYWATCH, they are also a local band, but really exploding as far as building a fandom. uhm, i should also tell you that

 ♡ i fell in love that night. ♡

there were other super great bands that played, but we went to see this band, and they wound up being the best. i have downloaded as many songs i could find by em. and i wanna go get some of their tapes or a vinyl or something back at the record store. The band is more like, garage surf punk, i would say if i had to give em a genre. i just love their sound! seriously sounds so orgasmic and has been on my ipod REPEAT REPEAT for dayyyzzz. they just reeeally ruled. give em a listen. if you have any interests like i do, you'll like ;) down below i embedded my fav song so far. it's kinda on the slow side. it reminds me of a rainy day, but it kinda reminds me of 'sexy' too. lol idk, it's just super kool. hope everyone's weekend was fantastical btw.

HALLOWEENIE

EYE LOOOOOOOOOOVE PULP FICTION! really think it's probably one of the best movies ever made if it isn't the best already. i got invited to this all girls halloween party and i really wanted to dress up but had no idea what/who to dress up as up until a few weeks ago, while i was watching this movie and as the scene came on where mia (uma thurman) overdoses on the coke, i thought it'd be the easiest diy costume to put together. she looks so grotesque and every time i watch this part, it gets some kind of reaction out of me, no matter how many times i've seen it. i decided on thrifting the button up, and bustier, since the shirt will be ripped open, and i plan on having the syringe sticking out of my chest as it is in the scene where they bring her back. and then the blood and wig i'll get from any halloween store. fuck, it's gonna be GREAT. hope everyone has a fun &safe halloween and isn't stupid enough to take drinks from people you don't know or don't know well!

CREEP

UGH. my fall/winter wishlist is pretty much just this compilation of things i threw up with this visual "list". and pretty much just a "wish".  unfortunately, i'm poor and broke, but my eyes and imagination can do some magical things when in the mode, and i can come up with a buuunch of diff ways i can put all of these accessories and clothing articles together. hopefully i'll be able to afford some of this stuff by november. but for now, it's great to look at. you can get this stuff from H&M, Forever 21 and UO, and the lipstick, obv from MAC.

SPACEY STACY

I haven't been on Polyvore or this blog in sooooo long. So, since I realized I'd been neglecting both accounts, I just went ahead and created a random set with a simple outfit I'd die to wear. The spacey stacy shirt is impossible to find in the US. Which bummed me out immensely. Just knowing I will most likely never be able to wear it bums me out so much. But the top paired with some black skinnies and wine red mary jane pumps would go sooo cute together. I think that the color of the shoes bring out the res in the "garbage pail kids" type on the shirt.Then just throw on my cat eye glasses by ray-ban and it all looks so effortless. Also, I want a deathly hallows necklace!. I'd want either a small & simple gold or silver one.And then wear it all the time. For accessories, red nail polish is my thang right now, so definitely some of that and then a small skull clutch/purse to finish it. I'm kinda undecided about having red lipstick in this set because i feel like it could either look really good or make it look like too much. The end.

MAKE UP ROUTINE

My Make Up
these are just some products i use on a daily basis, if/when i get ready. sometimes i leave the lipstick out, depending on my mood, actually. my biggest thing when i do make up is prob the blush, i have this ELF contouring compact and its my favorite thing ever. really brings out my cheekbones, which i like. second biggest thing would be my mascara. my eyes are already nice and big, and a couple of coats of mascara just kinda brings em out/brightens them up. also depending on my mood, is how i do my eyeliner. some days its pretty and thick like winehouse's and some days i don't have the patience to be that perfect! but when i do, i use a liquid liner to outline and then let it dry a bit, and continue filling it in with a gel liner. when it comes to my hair, when styling i try to always have heat protectant on hand, for obvious reasons! and thats how i do it. winkyface.
